We’re not just a church with beliefs—we are a church with fire. At Frostproof Church of God, our doctrine is not just head knowledge—it’s heart-burning, life-transforming truth empowered by the Holy Spirit. We stand fully aligned with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), rooted in the Word, filled with the Spirit, and alive with expectation for what God is doing in this generation.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, living Word of God. It is our authority, our sword, and our roadmap for revival. We don’t water it down. We stand on it, preach from it, and live by it.
We believe in one eternal God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three in one, co-equal, co-eternal, and completely active in the lives of His people. He’s not distant. He’s here. He’s speaking. He’s moving.
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, born of a virgin, sinless, crucified, risen, and soon returning. He is the Savior, the Healer, the Baptizer in the Holy Ghost, and the soon-coming King. Through His blood, we are made new.
We believe all have sinned, but anyone can be saved by repenting and placing faith in Jesus Christ. When we call on His name, He forgives, restores, and gives us a brand-new life. The old is gone. The new has come.
We believe that sanctification is both instantaneous and ongoing. By the power of the Holy Spirit, believers are called to live holy—not in their own strength, but through surrender and obedience. We are set apart to carry His glory.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost, subsequent to salvation, with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues. This baptism is not optional—it’s empowerment for every believer to walk in boldness, fire, and supernatural power.
We believe the gifts of the Spirit—prophecy, healing, tongues, interpretation, miracles, discernment, and more—are not just for the early church. They are for now. They are for you. And they are vital for revival.
Healing is not just possible—it’s promised. We believe that by the stripes of Jesus, healing—spiritually, physically, emotionally—is available through faith. We lay hands. We pray boldly. And we expect miracles.
We practice water baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith. We observe communion and the washing of the saints' feet as sacred acts of humility, remembrance, and obedience.
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship in unity, serve with humility, and reach the world with urgency. Every believer has a role, every gift has a purpose, and this generation has a mission.
We believe in the premillennial second coming of Jesus Christ. First, He will return in the rapture for His Church. Then, He will come again to reign for a thousand years. We live with urgency, hope, and our lamps burning.
We believe in the final judgment. The righteous will inherit eternal life. The wicked will face eternal punishment. This is why we preach with fire. This is why we pray with tears. This is why we go after souls.
We believe the Gospel is for all. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’ve been, or what you’ve done—there’s room at the cross, and there’s room in this church for you.
This is what we believe. This is who we are.
A church on fire.
A people set apart.
A body alive with the Spirit.
And we’re just getting started.
